Marshmallow Mousse Pumpkin Pie
Can you smell it? Doesn’t the entire holiday season have the most amazing scent? Everything from sweet to savory, peppermint to gingerbread, and of course all the spices that make the holidays so delicious.
Growing up I did not have a traditional home life, nor do I have treasured family traditions for the holidays. So I resolved to make my own within my family. I’ve tried to create some traditions that my kids will remember and hopefully continue. One, in particular, is homemade sugar cookies! They have to be made and decorated every single Christmas Eve Eve, this is a MUST.
I want my kids to remember the smells and aromas associated with the holiday season. Home-cooked holiday dinners, fresh baked cookies right out of the oven, and everything in between.
Once the calendar turns to November its time to start menu planning for the holiday season and stocking my kitchen and pantry with all the essentials. That’s when a trip to the spice aisle at Meijer is a really smart plan to load up on all the essentials from McCormick®.
I’ll be well stocked with everything I need. McCormick® products can “make it home” this holiday season. The McCormick® selection of extracts, herbs & spices, or gravy products is extensive. If you need it, you’ll find it.
I like to include my kids in menu planning. Since I do have two kids that are still learning their way around the kitchen easy recipes are ideal. We try to find something new to make each year and of course bring out the tried and true favorites because no holiday is complete without them.
This year we chose to include a no-bake pie into our menu. We picked a Marshmallow Mousse Pumpkin Pie with Pumpkin Pie Spice Whipped Cream. It was made easy by using a McCormick® favorite: Pumpkin Pie Spice.
McCormick®Pumpkin Pie Spice has the best blend of Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg, and Allspice. So many delicious seasonal recipes can result from one amazing spice blend. It is my personal favorite!
Marshmallow Mousse Pumpkin Pie is so simple to prepare and the flavors simply pop thanks to McCormick® Pumpkin Pie Spice. Being a no-bake dessert, it is a great recipe to let the kids help prepare, making new holiday memories.
Now I didn’t stop with just the pie, oh no! We went full-on scrumptious by topping this yummy dessert with Pumpkin Pie Spice Whipped Cream.
I know you’ll agree there’s something magical about homemade whipped cream. Why not take it to next-level of delicious by adding in, you guessed it…McCormick® Pumpkin Pie Spice. Mmmmm!
With easy to make recipes like these I’m creating memories in the kitchen with my youngest kids that they’ll remember and hopefully pass on to their kids. Isn’t that part of the magic of the holiday season? Now tell me, what’s your favorite holiday tradition in the kitchen with your family? Comment below!

Delicious! This recipe brings me a little fall atmosphere and evokes the best memories of my autumn adventures. I also like this dish because it’s vegetarian. By the way, pumpkin is one of my favorites. I always put it in all the dishes when it’s in season.
Though it’s winter I’ll wait a year to cook this marshmallow mousse pumpkin pie!
Thank you so much for sharing this stunning recipe!
I love your blog. I hope you will keep it up!

Is the filling stable enough to use a Springform pan?
Lori
I haven’t personally used a springform pan, so I cannot say for sure. It is definitely not stable like a baked cheesecake, but more like a no-bake cheesecake if that makes sense.
