Zombie Tonic Cocktail

Boo! It’s that season again where all things creepy are somehow normal! I’m not a huge Halloween person, but I do like fun and festive food and drinks for the season. 

I have a really great cocktail to share today that’s not only really easy to prepare but can be made really cute (or spooky) in a snap. Easy to make food and drinks for entertaining are essential, if your world is anything like mine you simply don’t have the time to muck around making fancy libations or nibbles.

Over the years I’ve shared lots of easy-to-make Halloween drinks and snacks and here’s a new one for you to try, the Zombie Tonic Cocktail! Trust me the color is spot on for Halloween, I mean who doesn’t love a green color drink that screams ewwwww!

What ingredients do you need to make this Halloween drink?

• Corn syrup
• Halloween sprinkles
• Ice
• Vodka
• Juice
• Gummy worms

Some tips I’d like to share:

• Use any Halloween-themed sprinkles you’d like. Bigger and heavier sprinkles may slide down the side of the glass.
• Try a flavored vodka for a fun touch.
• Want to make this drink fizzy? Use a touch less juice and add a splash of 7-Up or Sprite.
• PS…want to make this non-alcoholic? Eliminate the vodka, use the juice and the soda as mentioned above.

Simple step by step directions:

Pour sprinkles into a saucer. In a second saucer, pour corn syrup. Place edge of the glass into the corn syrup.

Immediately dip the glass into the saucer of sprinkles.

Add ice, vodka, and juice. Top with a gummy worm for decoration.

Ingredients

• 1 Tablespoon corn syrup
• 3 Tablespoons Halloween themed nonpareil sprinkles
• Ice
• 2 ounces vodka
• 4-6 ounces Green Berry Rush Hawaiian Punch
• Garnish: gummy worms

Instructions

1. Pour Halloween sprinkles into a shallow saucer, spread around.
2. Next, pour the corn syrup into a second saucer. Dip the edge of the glass into the corn syrup.
3. Immediately dip the edge of the glass into the sprinkles. Fill glass with ice.
4. Add vodka to the glass.
5. Fill glass with the juice.
6. Add a gummy worm to the edge for extra fun.

Notes
