Yes I made another dip. Yes Dips are my favorite food – this is no surprise to our regular friends and readers! I LOVE DIPS! What’s fantastic about Feta Olive Dip? Well…it has some delish flavor to it an it takes about 5 minutes to put together…I’m not joking you guys. It’s SOOO good and SOOO easy! You’re going to LOVE me after you taste this dip!

One of the reasons I truly love dips so much is that they fit every occasion. This dip is great in the summer on the deck with a cocktail and it’s equally as good on my table for Christmas Eve. I like making it probably the most for football season but that may only be my favorite because I LOVE football season. So who knows really when my favorite time to eat Feta Olive Dip is – I just know that it’s continually on my rotation of snacks to make.

As a note…I used green pimento stuffed olives for this (because that is my favorite).  But, other olives would be great in here too (especially stuffed with garlic – yum!).  So pick your favorite type of olive and make Feta Olive Dip – your taste buds will thank you!

If you don’t like olives but love feta try the Feta Cream Cheese Dip or our Sundried Tomato, Basil and Feta Dip! They are right up there in the Dip Department! See I have answers for all taste buds. I have a few more suggestions of what to make! Keep Reading!!!

Feta Olive Dip

Feta Olive Dip

  • 2 8 ounce packages of softened cream cheese (I use low fat)
  • 2 tablespoons of Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of olive juice (from the jar)
  • 4 ounces of Feta Cheese
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons of Oregano
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons of garlic (I buy pre-minced. If using cloves about 2 - 3 cloves)
  • 1/2 C chopped olives (a few more for sliced top)

  1. Beat cream cheese until nice and soft
  2. Add in oil, juice, feta, oregano and garlic and beat again until fully mixed
  3. Fold in chopped olives
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours
  5. Use sliced olives on top for garnish (optional)
