And I haven’t met a person that I’ve served Oven Baked Stuffed French Toast to that didn’t love it. It’s the BEST Breakfast Casserole around. It’s easy and it’s good. That’s the best kind of recipe that I have!

Oven Baked Stuffed French Toast is the kind of recipe that just screams BRUNCH! I love it. I also use it for dinner – it’s on my kids lists of favorite mom dinners. It’s so easy to make and that’s fantastic because when I make it EVERYONE IS HAPPY! That’s the best meal in my house – when I have no complaints!

Oven Baked Stuffed French Toast

Oven Baked Stuffed French Toast is the best brunch recipe! Your whole family will LOVE this!

Ingredients

• 1 loaf of French Bread cut into 1-2 inch pieces
• 2 C milk + 1/4 C
• 6 Large Eggs
• 2 Tsp Vanilla
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 16 Oz Cream Cheese Softened
• 1 1/5 C Powdered Sugar

Instructions

1. Spray 9x13 Pan with non stick spray
2. mix together 2 C Milk and 6 eggs, add in vanilla and cinnamon
3. Mix together 1/4 C Milk, cream cheese and powdered sugar
4. place 1 layer of bread into greased pan
5. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of bread
6. Place 2nd layer of bread until all bread is used
7. Pour Egg and Milk mix over bread
8. Let set (in fridge) for at least 8 hours or Over night
9. Preheat oven to 375
10. Bake for 30-40 minutes until browned on top
11. Serve with fruit or syrup
