Easy Pepperoni Pizza Sliders

There’s one thing that you can almost guarantee around my house. At least once a week there will be some type of pizza being served for dinner.

Some nights we may pick up pizza, other nights I make homemade versions. One version in particular that gets made frequently is Easy Pepperoni Pizza Sliders.

Not only are these simple to make at home, but I also make them nearly every camping trip we take in our motorhome. They get requested by both my kids and husband.

Easy Pepperoni Pizza Sliders

Cook Time 15 minutes

Total Time 25 minutes

Ingredients

• 12 count pkg Butter-flavor dinner rolls, cut down center
• 1 cup pizza sauce
• pepperoni slices
• sliced mozzarella cheese
• 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
• 1/4 teaspoon Italian Seasonings
• 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Salt
• Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325° degrees. In 13x9 baking pan place bottoms of dinner rolls.
2. Spoon pizza sauce over top of dinner rolls.
3. Next layer on pepperoni slices.
4. Top with mozzarella slices.
5. Place on tops of dinner rolls.
6. Mix butter, Italian Seasonings and garlic salt together.
7. Brush over top of dinner rolls. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
8. Bake approximately 15 minutes or until cheese has melted.
