I love having my ducks in a row, but inevitably a few occasions will just pop up during the holidays.Spontaneous entertaining is great, often it can be much better than planned functions. I find that having a few key ingredients on hand during the holiday season helps me stay on my toes for those unexpected occasions.
Simple prep like stocking the pantry with a variety of crackers, flatbreads, tortillas, and speadables such as sauces, mustards, and tapenades. In the fridge, I love having all sorts of cheeses in supply. Everything from flavored cream cheeses to shredded cheese to big chunks that can be cut for a simple cheese and crackers platter.

Crab Delights are made with premium Wild Alaskan Pollock fillets. Alaskan Pollock is the most abundant certified sustainable fish species. While stocking up for the holidays Crab Delights are the perfect item to pick up while at the grocery store. They can be found in the fresh seafood department, I picked mine up at Meijer.
I added Crab Delights onto Crab Alfredo Flatbread for an easy holiday appetizer that can be assembled in a flash! Trust me, this one is simple and delicious…can’t beat that, right?
Crab Delights are gluten-free and a good source of protein plus naturally low in calories and cholesterol. Allow me now to walk you through the steps to make Crab Alfredo Flatbread, which a simply delicious appetizer (or dinner)!
Crab Alfredo Flatbread
Start with: one package of Crab Delights, 2 flatbreads, jarred Alfredo sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, Italian seasonings, and shredded parmesan cheese.
Spoon Alfredo sauce onto flatbreads, place Crab Delights on next.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, sprinkle with Italian seasonings and finally parmesan cheese.
Bake 8-10 minutes at 350° degrees. Serve with additional Alfredo sauce for dipping.

- 1 8 oz package Louis Kemp® Crab Delights® Flake Style
- 2 flatbreads
- 1/2 cup jarred Alfredo Sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 t Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- OPTIONAL: additional Alfredo sauce for dipping
- Preheat oven to 350° degrees.
- On baking trays lay flatbreads. Spoon Alfredo sauce onto flatbreads, place Crab Delights on flatbreads next.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, sprinkle with Italian seasonings and finally parmesan cheese.
- Bake 8-10 minutes. Broil lightly if you'd like cheese to get browned. Cut when cooled.
- OPTIONAL: Serve with additional Alfredo sauce for dipping.
