Baked Peach Balsamic Brie
We’re knee deep into the holiday season! If there’s one thing for certain its the fact that there’s still plenty of opportunities available to enjoy food, friends, and family well into the New Year.
I’m planning my family open house as we speak. This year we’ve decided to just have a come when you can afternoon during the holiday season. It is far to difficult to try and see everyone at a given time and place, so we invited everyone to our house. Come if you can, if not, well we understand life is busy. We truly do!
For this open house, we’re serving punch (yes, we love punch) which is always great for a crowd and appetizers. I’ll make some of my tried and true favorite dips. I’m also adding in a few new recipes this year including this Baked Peach Balsamic Brie.
Now don’t be intimidated, Baked Peach Balsamic Brie sounds fancy (and it definitely tastes fancy) but please be assured it is SIMPLE to make! I’m talking EASY EASY EASY!

Brie has a mellow flavor and lends itself well to topping with additional flavors, both sweet and savory. For this particular appetizer, I chose to add peach preserves, a drizzle of balsamic glaze and a sprinkling of fresh thyme.
Joan of Arc Brie®has such a creamy consistency, your guests will love dipping in. Don’t be surprised at how fast this amazing appetizer disappears. You can also easily serve Joan of Arc Brie®with fresh fruit and nuts.
