I love this Peach Melon Cooler. It’s really a tasty cocktail and it just smacks of summer! I’m in the mood! YUM (plus don’t tell anyone but it’s SUPER easy to make! Even better right?)

A fun thing I did with the Peach Melon Cooler was to use frozen peaches instead of ice cubes. You don’t have to – but if you’re serving it to friends – it makes such a fun impression! And as the peaches melt their flavor will start to give the cocktail even MORE peachy flavor! It’s a win win situation there!

By the way, if you’ve having a party? Make a pitcher of Peach Melon Cooler and then DEFINITELY use the frozen peaches instead of ice cubes. Instead of getting watered down it will get more flavorful and you won’t be making drinks all night long! WIN!

Oh, and if you didn’t notice – I switched up my beloved vodka and used rum. Friends, I have to tell you that you CAN use vodka if you’d like 😉

Ingredients

• 1 ounce rum
• 2 ounces Midori (melon liqueur)
• 3-4 ounces peach nectar or juice
• Frozen Peach Slices (or ice cubes)

Instructions

1. Place frozen peaches in a rocks glass
2. Pour ingredients over peaches (or ice)
3. Give a stir and insert a straw and enjoy
