Find out why I’m loving SoCozy Haircare for Kids. Hint…my daughter is smiling after washing her hair and so is mom, no more crying!
See that face in the mirror? That’s the face of a certain 5-year-old who despises getting her hair washed and winds up in tears every.single.time. I’ve been a mom for almost 20 years and in those years I’ve nearly perfected bathtime routines. I can wash my kid’s hair in a flash, get them rinsed off and finished in no time. Until this child!
Leightyn is our youngest and we’ll just say she has her own unique ideas about how things should be done. Everything from how her clothing is laid out, to the cereal/milk ratio in her breakfast bowl. It can all be a bit challenging, and hair washing had become downright dreadful.
Until….I decided to try SoCozy products for kids. SoCozy products are SO cool! This is a fantastic line of haircare products for kids created by founder: Cozy Friedman, yes her name is actually Cozy! All the products are non-toxic, made without parabens, formaldehyde, sulfates, phthalates, synthetic color or propylene glycol. They are also free of: alcohol, gluten, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts.
The brand is: So Smart, So Safe, So Easy & So Cool. I’m going to highlight the So Smart portion of the SoCozy products. I had a discussion with Leightyn about trying some new haircare products, ones made just for kids and that we’d have a fun time using them together. And I’ll say we had great success and fun while trying them out.
First we started with the SoCozy 3 in 1 Shampoo, Conditioner & Wash. This was perfect, with no second or third steps required to get her hair clean. One simple step and she was done.
Next we moved onto SoCozy Detangler, and yes it was desperately needed. Leightyn has very fine hair that seems to tangle around itself almost instantly. We simply used the detangler and she was all smiles vs. all tears while I combed through her hair.
The detangler also works as a leave-in-condition, plus it smells really great. Then we waited for her hair dry a tiny bit. See the thumbs up, that is a true product approval, this kid is quite a hard sell.
While her hair was still damp we used a tiny bit of SoCozy Styling Cream. It helped smooth her hair out, leaving Leightyn looking picture perfect.
The product packaging says NO NASTIES NO JOKE and that’s the truth, you can feel awesome using SoCozy on your children. In fact after feeling her oh so silky locks Leightyn told me I should try out SoCozy, and let me tell you I’m really tempted.
I have a fantastic offer to pass along to our followers. During the month of October, 2016 you can save $5 on SoCozy products at CVS! You can find SoCozy at a CVS near you by clicking HERE! A great deal on a great product!

That sounds like great stuff! When my daughter was that age, getting her hair under control was a nightmare. There was A LOT of pulling and whining.

As a mom of boys we don’t really use many if any hair products, but I remember how painful it was to get my knot filled hair brushed as a little kid. So glad there are awesome detanglers like this!

Oh! This is something I should try with my daughter. She gets some pretty nasty knots in her hair.

My daughter always had tangles when she was younger even though we used conditioner on it. I wish that I had this spray. It would have saved a ton of tears.

Even though they are made for kids I want to try the So Cozy detangler and styling cream. I’ll have to take a trip to CVS to get them.

I use the conditioner and the style cream, we love it! I use the style cream on my little guy as well as my daughter, and the scent is very nice as too, thanks for the coupon!

I need to try this for the grand kids hair. The girls get the worst tangles, especially Aly because her hair is so thick. We cake the conditioner on it but nothing seems to work.

Both my daughter’s hair are curly and could use So Cozy hair products. Especially the detangler!
