  2. Your casserole looks delicious. Thanks for sharing on Foodie Friends Friday. It reminds me a bit of beef stroganof.

  3. My family loves this…do you happen to know if its safe to freeze it?? It would be a great make ahead meal.

  4. I just saw the “Beefy Sour Cream Noodle Casserole” looks delicious, can’t wait to try this. Maybe this weekend. Someone else has already ask this but was never answered, if you could freeze this? Thanks so much can’t wait to see if my family enjoys it. 🙂

  5. OMG!!! This is the most AMAZING casserole that i have made in a while. Full of just warm and homey flavor. Great for this wonderful cool fall evenings or in the winter. This casserole will not let you down!! I am telling you it is jam packed with flavor and i like that the author of this recipe told us to stake it rather then mixing the mixture all together. I find it brings it more definition and more flavor. I did add a little bit of parmesan on top of the casserole, but either way delicious!! I would defiantly recommend this recipe for those family nights.
    Enjoy!!

  2. […] So, did you know you could bake bread in your slow cooker?  I didn’t know this until recently, just another reason to love this small appliance that makes our lives so much easier.  The texture of these rolls is similar to bread baked in a bread machine, slightly dense, and the aroma from the Rosemary is amazing!  Now the only thing your slow cooker won’t do vs. the oven is brown the top of these rolls. Simple solution, you just pop them under the broiler in your oven for 2 minutes & the tops will be golden brown.  In 2 hours you’ll have delicious pull apart rolls that cook on the countertop, a great idea if you are using your oven for other dinner items and can’t reserve the space or time for traditional baking.  Serve these up alongside some Chunky Beef Stew or Beefy Sour Cream Noodle Casserole.
