Friends, if there was ever a perfect combo it has to be game day and great eats! Truly every good matchup deserves food that will keep you satisfied while your eyes are glued to the scoreboard. Good food during game time makes a win that much better. And if sadly your favored team loses, at least you and your guests have been well fed.
My husband is a huge fan of warm dips, especially ones that are hearty. Each time we host on a game day I make sure to have at least one such dip. Guests really seem to like a variety of foods to munch on while watching the game, but without fail dips always seem to disappear the fastest.
I recently made the most delicious and EASY to make dip. It was an instant hit with not only my dip loving husband, but it was fully approved by my son who has already asked me to make it again.
This Slow Cooker Fiesta Bean Dip is a gem for a variety of reasons. It is simple to make as you assemble and heat in a slow cooker. Using a slow cooker also allows you to keep the dip “warm” after it has cooked by utilizing the “warm” setting on your slow cooker, making it party perfect.
Another great thing about this dip is how easy it is to make. It all beings with a shopping trip to Walmart. There I purchased Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies and Rosarita Traditional Refried Beans. With these two ingredients, you instantly know this dip is going to be amazing.
Try taking your favorite recipes to a BOLD new level with Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies. You won’t regret it! With Vine-ripened tomatoes, zesty green chilies, and a mix of spices, Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies deliver BOLD, an adventurous taste which makes it perfect for game day dips.
Add in Rosarita Traditional Refried Beans for authentic and delicious Mexican inspired dishes. For over 70 Years, Rosarita has continued to make delicious Mexican-style products including refried beans, ingredient beans, and cooking sauces. They are a pantry staple in my house!
Make sure you offer some hearty dippers alongside Slow Cooker Fiesta Bean Dip, it is hearty. With such great flavors from Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies and Rosarita Traditional Refried Beans, this dip will bring smiles to game day fans at your next event.

Looks delicious and I plan to make it soon! What size slow cooker did you use?
Lori
Thanks for asking, I thought I mentioned the size oops (editing now). That particular crockpot is a 2.5 quart which I find great for dip and holiday side dishes. I hope you enjoy!
