Today I’m sharing a delicious addition to any meal. Cheesy Artichoke Bread is knock your socks off amazing, trust me on this one! Not only is this loaf packed with deliciousness it is also super easy to prepare either on or off the grill.
Let me entice you with the ingredients to make Cheesy Artichoke Bread. It begins with a loaf of store-bought bread, I choose a hearty loaf which can hold a heaping helping of ooey gooey toppings. A jar of marinated artichoke hearts gets drained and chopped and added to softened cream cheese. Easy, right?
Now for the best part, Chef Shamy Garlic Butter. Have you tried Chef Shamy butters? If the answer is no…run, don’t walk and get yourself some! If you have experienced Chef Shamy butters you’ll understand my new found love of all things Chef Shamy.
There’s a reason Chef Shamy’s slogan is “Make the World a Butter Place®”, their butters contain no oils and are clean label. The really cool thing about Chef Shamy butters in my opinion is their shelf life. Here’s the a breakdown, Chef Shamy butters are:
- Good up to 2 years frozen (can be refrozen and re-refrigerated)
- Good up to 1 year unopened in your fridge
- Good up to 6 months after opening in your fridge if you use clean utensils
- Good up to several weeks after opening on your counter (Lemon dill Sautee butter should be refrigerated after each use)
Adding Chef Shamy Garlic Butter into this Cheesy Artichoke Loaf took it to the next level. You’ll be finding all sorts of ways to incorporate Chef Shamy butters into your cooking: try it on grilled shrimp, veggies, freshly baked rolls, and POPCORN…yes definitely on popcorn. Chef Shamy French Onion butter is going on potatoes tonight, cannot wait!
