Ok, now you know that you’re bringing Healthy Choice Café Steamers for lunch, you need to know what to make for breakfast. What I love about this meal is that it’s very easy. Cook a big pot of Quinoa at the beginning of the week and just pull out a cup for each morning. You can just heat up the quinoa daily in the microwave and have a fantastic, healthy breakfast in minutes. Plus there are no fancy ingredients here, there is no time for fancy in the morning right?
What I love about quinoa is that you can use it for every meal, and it can take on so many flavors. I hope you like this version as much as me and my kids did!
- 1 C quinoa (cooked), heated
- 1/4-1/2 C Milk (your preference how much)
- 1/4 C chopped pecans
- 2-4 Tbsp of honey
- Simply pour milk over quinoa and stir in
- Top quinoa with pecans and honey (sweeten to taste)
- Serve immediately
