It’s FALL you guys! It’s time for Pumpkin Spice EVERYTHING! WOOHOO! I LOVE this time of year and I LOVE pumpkin. I think it often gets overlooked that pumpkin puree is actually REALLY good for you! Better yet? My kids adore pumpkin. So I can fill them full of all kinds of pumpkin treats all fall! I love it. They think they are eating (or drinking) pumpkin pie at all times and I know that I’m giving them a really good for them treat. Everyone wins this round!
Making a Pumpkin Oatmeal Smoothie is really quite simple – which is another reason I’m in love with these breakfast smoothies. I really like breakfast to go off without a hitch – and giving a smoothie is a super easy way to make that happen. AND I can put one in a to go cup and carry it with me to work. I am horrible and almost never take time to make breakfast for myself. So a smoothie in a to go cup is an awesome way to go in my life!
I’ve also used these smoothies as either a dessert or an after school snack – the possibilities are endless. Honestly – when you drink it you’ll see how delicious a Pumpkin Oatmeal Smoothie can be! We all drink them at all times of the day at our house!

What’s your favorite breakfast in the fall? I can’t pick and use all of these all fall long!
- 1 5.3 oz C Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1/4-1/2 C Pumpkin (personal choice)
- 3/4 C Milk
- 1/4 C Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Ice (as much or little as you'd like)
- Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth
- If it's too thick for your taste add a bit more milk or some water
