It’s that time of year – things are turning pumpkin flavored – and me and my kids are great with that! Love this!
I am always going for new ideas to get some different flavors and different healthy things into my kiddos. I have one that is so fussy that I never know what will work – well this did – so I plan on making many more of them.
The sugar in this recipe is optional – I added it because I think that unsweetened pumpkin is not as tasty 😉 But it’s optional and if you like the taste without sugar – go for it! I think you could also use a sweetened Almond Milk and have no need for extra sugar!

- 1/2 C pure pumpkin puree
- 1 banana
- 1/2 C milk
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth
