My husband is a peanut butter hound.  Seriously.  So I am always coming up with ways to make him a new peanut butter dessert.  This is so simple and semi homemade, but I promise no one will be able to tell this is a boxed cake (at least to start).  And I’m fussy on the cake so believe me!

OMG. Just made this cake, it is so yummmmmy. I added some chocolate chips to the cake and it was a big hit. Heather, you are a genius.

    • I automatically love anyone who calls me a genius 😉 I’m so glad you liked the cake – and YES chocolate chips would be fabulous in there!

  3. I’ve made this twice now. The first time it was gone within 24 hours. The second cake was carried to our Easter family gathering where everyone absolutely loved it. My husband even overheard a comment about how “this was definitely a homemade cake from scratch because it is just so good” but we kept the secret to ourselves. 😊 thank you for the recipe. It’s a keeper!
