My husband is a Peanut Butter hound. Seriously. So I am always coming up with ways to make him a new Peanut Butter Dessert. This is so simple and semi homemade, but I promise no one will be able to tell this is a boxed cake (at least to start). And I’m fussy on the cake so believe me!
Ingredients
- 1 White Cake Box mix, prepared per instructions
- 1 extra egg
- 1/2 C Peanut Butter (smooth)
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
- 1 1/2 C to 2 C powdered sugar (it's a matter of taste)
- 1/2 C Peanut Butter
- 8 ounces of Cool Whip
- 2-3 T of Milk

- Spread onto cake and enjoy
