Air Fryer Taco Fries
Summer break has officially arrived for my kids. Now, summer temps, that’s a whole other story. Warm weather hasn’t quite appeared yet but that hasn’t stopped us from planning out a fun summer.
I simply adore our casual summer calendar, we can do as much or as little as we’d like. What I’ve already discovered is that my shopping cart at the grocery store is much fuller. From the time my kids get up until they crash in bed at night, they are eating.Prepping my kitchen for my kids (and their friends) being home more means quick and easy snack/light meal ideas. Food that can be whipped up in a snap and get them fed. No one wants hangry kids in the summer!
One item in particular that I love keeping my freezer stocked with is frozen Grown in Idaho French Fries. I buy mine at Meijer, they have a great selection of the Grown in Idaho products. You’ll find them in the potato section the frozen food aisles.
Air Fryer Taco Fries are such a fun snack! My kids gobble these up every single time I make them, definitely a family favorite. If you are anything like me you love your air fryer…it is such a great kitchen helper.

Once the fries were done, I topped them with some prepared seasoned ground beef and a nice amount of shredded cheese. This was them popped back into the air fryer for 2-3 minutes just to let the cheese melt.
