I hear you…what’s different about this Shrimp Cocktail? Well I’ll tell you! Roasting the shrimp? Oh you’re going to love it. It’s not the same old Shrimp Cocktail it’s a Roasted Shrimp Cocktail! You’re going to be obsessed with this and won’t be able to get enough…don’t say I didn’t warn you!

I LOVE serving Shrimp at the holidays…don’t get me wrong my husband and I have Shrimp for Dinner on a LOT of Friday nights with a cocktail, but there is a magic at the holidays of having a beautiful shrimp tray sitting on your table. Everyone loves it.

Since I host a lot of our family Christmas’s they have gotten spoiled by me (yes I said it!) because I always whip out lovely Roasted Shrimp Cocktail. But, let’s be honest…this is awesome at any dinner party, Easter, a cocktail hour or just about any occasion you can think of. So much fun – I love having a recipe in my back pocket that’s good for just about anything.
