Bringing home an entire rotisserie chicken for only $1.99 more is not only a time-saver but a sanity saver during busy weeks. You can use it for dinner the next night, in a variety of lunch box selections or as I did I made a quick after school snack. Some nights we are only home a few minutes after school before we have to turn right back around and head out the door for sports practice or extra curricular activities.

Having a rotisserie chicken in the fridge waiting for us is the best feeling. I simply sliced up some of the chicken and made a simple Rotisserie Chicken Pizza Quesadilla with ingredients that were already in the fridge! It was a complete WIN with my kids and took less than five minutes to make. Simple ingredients such as: mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, pepperoni & tortillas. All of these paired wonderfully with the tender and tasty Boston Market rotisserie chicken.
