Is your holiday planning in full swing? Are you eyeing recipes online, making lists, checking them twice and mentally prepping for the upcoming holiday season? I sure am, and if you are anything like me you like testing out recipes that you plan on preparing for holiday functions.
Every year the arrival of the holiday season brings so many great opportunities to enjoy good food and drink. And like so many families we’re busy, busy, busy so I need recipes that are quick and simple yet crowd-pleasing at the same time.
Of course, I have my go-to holiday favorites, everything from appetizers, desserts to main dishes. I even have my mother-in-law’s beloved holiday punch recipe, it’s a given that I’ll make that at least once during the holidays.
This year though I’m changing things up a bit and plan on serving Easy Coffee Punch during our Christmas Eve festivities. Did she just say “coffee punch”? Why yes, I most certainly did! Think of coffee punch as a decadent iced coffee for a crowd.
You start with freshly brewed and cooled coffee, I used Dunkin Donuts® Bakery Series coffee in Vanilla Cupcake flavor. Then you add in International Delight® Coffee Creamer, I chose White Chocolate Raspberry to pair up with the vanilla cupcake flavored coffee.
Sounds good so far, right? Add in some ice cubes, give it a good stir and then top with creamy vanilla ice cream, that’s where the decadence comes in!
Simple steps to Easy Coffee Punch:
- Brew and cool Dunkin Donuts® Bakery Series coffee.
- Pour cooled coffee into a punch bowl.
- Add in International Delight® Coffee Creamer.
- Add ice cubes.
- Scoop vanilla ice cream into mixture and stir.
- Serve and enjoy!
Easy Coffee Punch is the perfect addition to your holiday parties. Everything from cookie exchanges, gift exchanges, and holiday dinner parties will benefit from a big punch bowl of Easy Coffee Punch.
Double, triple or even quadruple the batch depending on how many guests you’ll be serving. Trust me though, one serving isn’t enough, your guests will likely be back for more.

Ingredients
- 4 cups brewed and cooled Dunkin Donuts® Bakery Series coffee
- 1 cup International Delight® Coffee Creamer
- 3 cups ice cube
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Pour cooled coffee into punch bowl.
- Stir in coffee creamer.
- Add ice cubes.
- Scoop ice cream into mixture and stir.
