Slow Cooker Pulled Chicken Parmesan
I LOVE a great and easy dinner. Who Doesn’t? With school, sports, work, ugh, clubs, family time…I really need a few (or more than a few) go to easy dinners to make.
Slow Cooker Pulled Chicken Parmesan is JUST that. I can throw this into the slow cooker in the morning (I mean I can get it in there in 5 minutes) and with 10-15 more minutes when I get home? I have a dinner that my whole family will gobble up. That’s my kind of dinner.
So we love anything that even closely resembles Italian food in our house. It’s one of our go to’s for comfort food. There’s just something about a dinner with red sauce that makes everyone so excited to eat dinner!
I love it because it’s always super easy to make…and everyone will eat it (nice!). Pulled Chicken Parmesan is just one more way to have a great Italian flavor in our dinner. I don’t want to have the same spaghetti every week, so I use recipes like this to change it up!
Wait – there’s one more thing I need to tell you! Slow Cooker Pulled Chicken Parmesan? It would make and AWESOME freezer meal. You KNOW we love those around here!
I chose for this meal to make Chicken Parmesan Sandwiches – they were a hit. I did something else with the leftovers! Another reason why Slow Cooker Pulled Chicken Parmesan is a great dinner – you can add it to a salad, to pasta, make sandwiches – it’s endless!
