I am a big fan of smoothies because you can pack so much into it! I make them for my boys and I make them for myself (usually different since I’m not a fan of the bananas and they are in love with them!).
This recipe for an Almond Strawberry Oat Breakfast Smoothie is really simple but it packs a nutritional punch for sure.
As a note I used 1 1/2 C of Almond milk, but this could be made with 1. I also used frozen strawberries, but I let them thaw a bit before mixing this up!
