One of my favorite reasons to love pasta salad is that I can eat it all year long. I feel like summer in every bite – but I can eat this in the middle of winter and be transported to every BBQ that I had all summer long. So I need a huge list of Salads to rotate through – don’t you? Good thing for you we have a TON of recipes to share with you!

My perfect Summer Night includes something going on the grill, a nice summery cocktail, and a delish pasta salad. Nothing makes me happier Amazing Pasta Salad fits the bill on the Pasta Salad end! Isn’t that the most perfect night? I can’t get enough of a perfectly happy evening spent outside because the weather is fantastic.
When it’s dark and dreary in the middle of winter, I need a pick me up. Do you? So I’ll recreate a perfect summer evening by having a BBQ dinner. Even if I have to pan fry the steak, I’ll do up some summer sides and make a frozen cocktail to boot! Doesn’t get much better in my opinion!
Amazing Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 1 box bow tie pasta, cooked and cooled
- 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes
- 1 red onion, diced
- 4 oz sharp chedder, diced into cubes
- 4 oz monteray jack, diced into cubes
- 4-6 slices of bacon cooked and crushed
- 1 bottle of thousand island dressing
Instructions
- Mix together dressing and pasta until pasta is coated
- Mix in rest of ingredients
- Chill in fridge for at least 2 hours before serving
