In the blink of an eye our kids grow up and leave the nest. Wasn’t it just yesterday my college junior was learning to tie her shoes? Truly, it feels like just yesterday! Now I’m focusing on my youngest daughter who is five years old, helping her learn to tie her shoes and learn her ABC’s. She’ll be graduating from preschool this month and heading off to Kindergarten this fall…where does the time go?

Part of helping her grow up is helping her to make good food choices. She’s independent (and tall) enough now to help herself to pantry items.

It is more important than ever to keep our pantry and refrigerator stocked with items that will help her be healthy. Whether we’re packing a snack for the park or holding us over until dinnertime, Mott’s is a great choice for our family.

Delicious products from Mott’s such as applesauce and juice keep her fed and hydrated without me worrying about her filling up on unhealthy choices.  Mott’s is full of real fruit goodness and is an excellent source of vitamins to help little ones start strong and grow strong.

This year Mott’s and Walmart wants to help you track your child’s growth and ensure that all children are given the chance to grow up big and strong. By simply purchasing $10 worth of Mott’s products (excluding Mott’s fruit snacks) you can receive a growth chart from Mott’s to track your child’s growth.

  4. The growth chart will be mailed to your address when your receipts have been verified.

So easy! We attached our growth chart in a matter of minutes and started measuring! Mott’s juice can be found at Walmart in the juice aisle and Mott’s sauce in the fruit/sauce section. Easy to find and so many great varieties to choose from.

We had fun talking about the animal stats listed on the growth chart! Did you know that Bengal Tigers are between 3-3.5′ at their shoulders? Leightyn is currently 37″ or as tall as a Bengal Tigers shoulder, who knew!?! Here’s another fun fact: Emperor Penguins grow up to be 3.5-4.5’…much taller than we envision penguins being! In another year or so she’ll be eye to eye with an Emperor Penguin, what a fun fact!

Talking about how much their bodies grow and visually showing them how much they have grown on a growth chart naturally ties in with discussions about making good food choices to be healthy. Take advantage of this great thank you offer from Mott’s and get your growth chart, it’s a fun way to not only track your child’s growth but encourage conversations about eating good food to help their bodies grow.
