Everyone here knows that I love myself a martini right? And, I think that I love chocolate goes without saying. Yup and add strawberries to that love list. So yes, a Chocolate Covered Strawberry Martini just makes good sense to me. And it made good sense to my taste buds! It is SO delicious you’re going to love it!

I prefer to sometimes drink my dessert – that’s not wrong is it? If it is I do not want to be right on this one, because things like a Chocolate Covered Strawberry Martini are just SOOOO good. After a nice dinner, rolling one of these out is just the icing on the cake! (see you don’t need the actual cake!)

You know I have basically a full bar at my house, so I did not have to buy anything special. If you are interested in making this without some of the extras – you don’t HAVE to have the Raspberry Liqueur – I used that for a little splash of pink (the flavor is yummy but the martini would hold up without it). Also, the White Chocolate Liqueur can be scratched. Divide the amount and replace with half creme de cacao and half baileys. Will add more chocolate flavor and creaminess without having to buy an extra bottle. I do recommend the drink as is – but I get it 😉

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Martini should definitely be shaken not stirred (HA). It’s such a fun dessert for the grown ups. Give the kiddos some chocolate milk and send them on their way while you get to enjoy your yummy and delightful dessert martini! HOORAY!
