I’m continuing the tradition of making delicious home cooked meals for my family. Ragu is a pantry staple which helps me incorporate the simmered in tradition flavors which bring dishes to life and make my family happy. Sausage Ziti Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 Jars of Ragu
• 1 1/2 pounds of Ziti
• 1 pound Sweet Italian Sausage
• 1 pound ricotta cheese
• 1 pound Fresh Mozzarella
• 1/4-1/2 C shredded Asiago cheese

Instructions

1. While pasta water is boiling, cook sausages. Once cooked cut up into bit size pieces
2. Boil Pasta
3. Preheat oven to 350
4. While pasta is cooking mix together over medium heat, Ragu sauce, cooked sausage, and ricotta
5. Mix cook pasta with sauce and put into 9x13 baking pan
6. Sprinkle on Asiago
7. Top with slices of fresh mozzarella
8. Bake for 15-20 minutes
