Another year is upon us, which means we just put another holiday season behind us. January brings New Year’s Resolutions to keep on track with healthier snacking after a season of decadent treats and meals. No denying, we all indulge just a little bit during the holiday season, but when the calendar turns the page to January, back to more health-conscious choices!
I made my own delicious Caramel Apple Yogurt Parfait. With just 4 simple ingredients: yogurt, cereal, apple and caramel sauce! It was quick, easy, wholesome and settled my evening sweet tooth without any guilt whatsoever! SCORE!
Caramel Apple Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients
- 1 6oz. Yoplait Light Very Vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup cereal of choice
- 1/2 cup Granny Smith apple, diced
- OPTIONAL: Caramel sauce for drizzle
Instructions
- In glass or bowl, layer ingredients as follows: Yoplait Light Very Vanilla yogurt, apple, cereal. Repeat layers, ending with apple. If desired lightly drizzle caramel on top layer of apple.
