This Fruit Pizza Recipe is one of those SO simple dishes, but it’s also so yummy. It’s great for parties or get togethers because it can be made ahead of time and served straight from the fridge! My kind of treat!
Also, any fruit can be used (and should be). I used only strawberries this time so I could use a chocolate drizzle (I don’t like chocolate on most fruit!) but I have made this with pineapple, blueberries, and kiwi. Mix it up! While this is not what I would consider a “healthy” recipe – I do think it’s a great way to get kids to try different and new fruits! My boys gobble this up everytime I make it!
