Seriously yes, a Pumpkin Cheesecake Smoothie. I will be honest – I usually try to get some nutrition into my kids with my smoothies … well, with this one the only thing I can say is that it has some pumpkin in it! It is more of a dessert than a breakfast smoothie – but it’s SO worth it.
I didn’t have any home made pumpkin puree – but I think I might by the end of the fall before all the pumpkin flavor goes away (thanks Rebecca!) So if you have homemade, definitely use it in this, but if not canned will work too!
