Beary Beachy Cupcakes are the perfect treat for summer or water themed birthday parties. Easy to make, kids just love them!
When I saw this cupcake pictured a few different times on Pinterest, I knew I had to make it for something, anything, seriously it’s just TOO cute! The opportunity arose for my daughter Racquel’s upcoming 5th birthday. She recently celebrated with her pre-school class at a park.
I found some party umbrellas and whipped these cuties up. Use whatever flavor cupcakes you desire, I made my own icing but store bought will most certainly work, just add in a couple drops of blue food coloring to create the “water”. Crushed up graham crackers become a sandy shore, as well as gummy “life preserver” rings (which I found at Target) and some Teddy Grahams.
Racquel had a great time helping decorate and they were a hit as expected.
