Get your sunglasses and beach chair out! Relaxation time cries out for a Frozen Key Lime Martini, the perfect summertime cocktail!
Summer drinks are just more fun right? I think so! I love Key Lime Pie Martini’s (if I’m being honest) in the summer, winter, fall, and spring. I wanted to try to take that taste and make it a little different, a little more summery! So I froze it. Why? Frozen drinks are just a good time. Everyone likes a slow sipping frozen beverage on a super hot summer day!
A side note, I used canned pineapple. If you have frozen I would use more of that instead of so much ice. The taste would be more or less the same. You could use pineapple juice instead, but I liked the idea (since I was already blending it) of adding real fruit to it – to add a bit of healthy (I know I’m pushing it).
