Slow Cooker Honey Bourbon Beef actually turned out even more delicious than I had envisioned (I LOVE IT when that happens to me). The broccoli in this dish? I couldn’t get enough! I think I might make the broccoli by itself in this sauce – I mean THAT good! So don’t take my word for it – make it for yourself (and your family will thank you!).
And…unless you are new around here (and if you are YEA! Welcome 🙂 ) you guys all know how much I love a freezer meal! I’ll be honest – I made this on a Sunday and cooked it on a Tuesday. It lived happily in my freezer for a grand total of one day. If you’re intimidated to try our big freezer meal sets then do the simple thing – make a couple on a Saturday/Sunday afternoon and just make enough for a couple of nights! I haven’t been getting home from work on time lately and so dinner was “slipping” so I put a couple of meals together (seriously maybe it took me 15-20 minutes to get 2 meals together which HELPED).

(to make 2 dinners worth, wasn’t sure if I needed to double your recipe or if it was already doubled). Just want to make sure!!
