This One Pan Creamy Chicken Alfredo is a sanity saver on a busy night. By using prepared sauce and rotisserie chicken you’ll have a yummy dinner in a snap.
Our family doesn’t dine at nice sit down restaurants very often. With small children it becomes more of a challenge than a pleasure at times. Not to say I wouldn’t enjoy a nice dinner out from time to time, but we often opt for kid-friendly restaurants where the kids are happier.
To make up for those dinners which don’t necessarily WOW mom and dad I try to prepare restaurant quality dishes at home from time to time. One such dish is this One Pan Creamy Chicken Alfredo. This dish is roughly based off of a meal I had years ago at a fancy country club, and the price was fairly fancy too. I wanted to replicate the dish at home, it had a sauce that clung to the noodles, a really rich tasting sauce that satisfies your palate. What I didn’t expect to discover was a time-saving recipe that’s basically so simple that I can prepare it any night of the week.
Wanna know the secrets to this easy One Pan Creamy Chicken Alfredo? Okay, I’ll spill them because this is really such a good dish I don’t want to keep the secrets to myself. Secret #1 Rotisserie Chicken…yes, I know that rotisserie chicken isn’t a new discovery. If you have leftover chicken breasts, by all means use them, but in a pinch pick up a rotisserie chicken as it will save you time. Ready for Secret #2? Okay, here we go…Bertolli® Alfredo Sauce. Such a wonderful item to keep on hand in your pantry, do pick some up! When I’m at Sam’s Club I pick up the convenient Bertolli® Alfredo Sauce 3-pack so I can always have some available and ready to use. With authentic Tuscan flavors, Bertolli® Alfredo Sauce is the perfect choice for a variety of Italian inspired recipes. I’ve even used it drizzled on top of baked chicken breasts or as a dipping sauce for crunchy bread sticks.
Light a candle, play some soft music then serve a delicious plate of this One Pan Creamy Chicken Alfredo. You may just feel as though you’ve been transported to Italy and enjoying authentic Tuscan cuisine or perhaps just enjoy the moment and have a second helping!
