It’s that time again, time for the Surprise Recipe Swap! ย This month I was assigned to Cindy at Hun…What’s for Dinner?. Cindy’s blog is filled with a ton of recipes to choose from but ultimately I decided to choose a breakfast recipe. I’m always looking for a new muffin recipe! I just bought jumbo muffin tins (because Grumpy saw them and pointed them out to me – he has ulterior motives, that I am sure of!) These would work great as a jumbo muffin!
