The Perfect Bloody Mary is the perfect cocktail for brunch, tailgating or just enjoyment! Blending tomato, spices and all things delicious!
I think the picture says it all. This Bloody Mary is so incredibly good. It’s not so hot that you can’t taste it, but it has a little spice to it. In my world the perfect Bloody Mary is flavorful not hot.
There’s a whole debate about it right? But as Bloody Mary’s are just such a hot drink right now – I think you’ll like this one. It has a great blend of spice and flavor – sure to please everyone!
Bloody Mary’s can be made so many ways, some restaurants and bars have a menu of JUST Bloody Mary’s. This is my version and I think it’s really good. It also gave me a chance to highlight my Basil Pepper Infused Vodka – which I highly recommend for this drink. If you don’t have that you can of course use regular vodka, or get crazy and use one of the new Bacon Infused Vodka’s that are out there now (also REALLY yummy).
I didn’t use any Tabasco in my version, but that is because I didn’t want to cover up the flavor of my vodka. But I’ll list it as an optional ingredient since I know many people have to have that in their Bloody Mary.
Bottoms Up!

I’ve never made Bloody Marys at home, so I never really knew what was in them. Just that I like them. Horseradish, worcestershire, and garlic blended together are too hard to resist. Bacon vodka sounds like a good addition! The basil vodka too. Thank you for sharing with See Ya in the Gumbo this week. It’s nice to have you stop in!

Oh Michelle – you have to try it at home! It’s usually better unless you find an awesome bar that makes them from scratch 😉
