5 Minute Bruschetta takes the stress out entertaining! Have drop in guests? No Problem! Make this for a night in or to entertain – so delish you’re going to love it!
I’m going to tell you a secret…Halloween isn’t my favorite. Wait I should take that back – it didn’t used to be my favorite…NOW? I’m good – I love watching my kids have so much fun. I know you’re asking yourself why was she sour on Halloween? Well…It was stressful trying to get everyone fed, dressed up and out the door. What’s changed? Feeding us is no longer an issue! I have discovered Farm Rich snacks. I mean delish you guys. This is a game changer and now I’m even having friends over on Halloween to Trick or Treat with us AND I’M FEEDING THEM!
You know where this girl went to prep for a super fun and spooky night! Yup Walmart. They have a HUGE Selection of Farm Rich Snacks – my biggest decision was what do I want to serve? Usually I would have scooped up the Mozzarella Sticks and Fried Pickles! But I decided to try out a fun new treat (at least to me) and got the Mozzarella Bites and Jalapeno Poppers. You guys they are awesome and you should grab some now! (PS Keep reading for an awesome 5 Minute Bruschetta Recipe to place on top of your Mozzarella Bites!). A little PS – I now keep a few boxes of our favorite Farm Rich Snacks in my freezer at all times – you NEVER know when it’s about to fall apart and you just need delish food and right away.
One more PS – stock up now – there’s a coupon for Farm Rich HERE Don’t miss it! (You know I love a deal – especially when it’s a deal on yum).
Suddenly serving a small group of people seemed easy! Within 20 Minutes I have an AWESOME Snack/Dinner. I added the 5 Minute Bruschetta – not because I needed to the Mozzarella Bites stand on their own, but because I wanted to. The combo? AMAZING! You’re going to LOVE IT! So 20 Minutes I had enough to feed everyone! Halloween is back to being AWESOME!
You know you want to make a spooktacular Halloween for your family right? Well…Go and visit Walmart! Visit your local Walmart Oct. 27-30 for the chance to take part in Halloween recipe demonstrations and sampling featuring Farm Rich snacks and appetizers. Can’t do any better than that! Be inspired and take home some yum.
So here are the ingredients that you’re going to need to make 5 Minute Bruschetta:
1 pint cherry tomatoes
6-8 leaves of fresh basil (dried will not do it- get the fresh)
2-3 Tbsp minced garlic (I used preminced in the jar. Using fresh? throw the cloves in your processor and let that mince the garlic for you)
2-3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
All you need to do:
Place all ingredients *EXCEPT BALSAMIC VINEGAR* into food processor and pulse until tomatoes are the size you’d like them
Place in bowl and drizzle balsamic on top
Serve (YES IT’S THAT EASY)
Told you it was 5 Minute Bruschetta
I had the 5 Minute Bruschetta done in the time that I had the Mozzarella Bites Cooking! When I took them out of the oven I placed a Tablespoon (or more) on each bite! DELISH and Easy and 20 minutes to YUM!
To make it more spooktacular and Halloween FUN I placed these fun little picks in each treat – the Mozzarella Bites and the Jalapeno Poppers. You don’t have to, but it also let my kids “help” me and they LOVE doing that!
What kind of Spooky Dinner tricks do you guys have up your sleeves??? And what is your favorite Farm Rich Snack? (I’m going Jalapeno Popper here!). Shout it out in the comments! And Happy Halloween!

Can’t wait to try this! Loaded with cherry tomatoes from my garden. Is that really 2-3 tablespoons of minced garlic to one pint of tomatoes? Seems like an awful lot of garlic. Help!
Heather
It’s a lot of garlic – 🙂 But that’s the way I like it – if you want to try adding at a tablespoon at a time and tasting – do that!
M Bako
Thank you, I will do that. I found roasted garlic in a jar. Think I will try it! Sounds wonderful!
