Graham Cracker Stackers are an easy dessert or snack item! Kids love them and can help make these tasty treats too! Customize them for your family!
Don’t you just love it when you discover a new item and you just love it? Like can’t get enough of it loving it??? Well, this is exactly what has happened at my house recently. And I’m here today to share my new love with you and my guess is you’ll be feeling the same love! I don’t take snack time or even more so dessert time lightly! Why snack if it isn’t going to taste good?
We have the nightly “dessert” issue at my house, the kids (and myself too, I’ll admit it) crave something in the evening and I’m hesitant to let them have overly sugar laden foods late at night. I was peeking through my pantry, eyed a package of graham crackers and got to thinking that I could create a layered dessert item with them, some fresh strawberries, strawberry jam and some Yoplait Greek 100 Whips! And VOILA! that’s how Graham Cracker Stackers came about!
I simply set up an assembly line, assembled the items on top of the graham crackers and dessert was done! I chose to use the Strawberry Cheesecake flavor and it was just delicious. My kids gobbled these up and asked if I could make then for lunch again the next day!

I made these and they were so yummy. I did not have strawberry yogurt, but vanilla coconut yogurt, but it worked out just as good!
