Blueberry Frozen Yogurt is delish and healthy. Great way to sneak fruit in and cool off in the summer heat.
Blueberry Frozen Yogurt is an excellent way to have a frozen treat this summer. It’s full of nutrition and you don’t have to have a fancy ice cream maker to make it! My kids gobbled this up in a second!
This recipe is so simple – I was afraid that it wouldn’t work out – but it did! It was delicious. And while my kiddo’s were eating it I was sitting there singing – they just got a serving of fruit! Mom was happy, kids are happy – this is a pretty good day!
As a note, the blueberries need to be all the way frozen. If they are partially frozen – it won’t work out. You need to serve Blueberry Frozen Yogurt immediately or it will melt (although it will still be yummy it just won’t be frozen).
I served this to my 2 kids who would eat it (number 3 doesn’t enjoy cold things!). You could definitely serve 4 but I was ok with the 2 of them gobbling it up!
