{copycat} Gingerbread Latte, a coffeehouse favorite that you can create at home. Don’t spend big bucks on fancy coffee, make it at home and save.

Cheapo Gingerbread Latte{copycat} Gingerbread Latte, yum! Coffee, whipped cream & a hint of Gingerbread…sign me up! If you like the Gingerbread yumminess of a Gingerbread Latte from the coffee shops, but really hate shelling out $3.95 + for one then give this {copycat} version a try.

Cheapo Gingerbread Latte

{copycat} Gingerbread Latte | Who Needs A Cape?

Ingredients

  • Brewed coffee
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/8 cup molasses
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • 1/8 t cinnamon
  • 1/2 & 1/2
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Brew coffee to your preference.
  2. In glass measuring cup stir together milk, molasses, brown sugar & cinnamon.
  3. Microwave for 30 seconds to warm up.
  4. Fill coffee cup about 1/2 way with coffee, add 1/2 of molasses mixture, stirring well.
  5. Add 1/2 & 1/2 if desired.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream. Yield is approximately (2) 8 oz. coffee cups.
