Whoo hoo! Did you hear that? Yes, that’s me shouting for joy that summer break has finally arrived! After a long school year, we ALL deserve some well-deserved downtime and summer fun! Of course, we’ll do the obvious choices: trips to the ice cream shop, visits to the park, beach time, and of course lots of swimming. But we also need to throw in some more spontaneous fun here and there too.

One particular night we decided to surprise the kids with an End of School Movie Night at home by streaming a free VUDU movie onto the TV. I’ll share more on that free VUDU movie in a minute! Now to change things up I decided we’d skip popcorn with our movie tonight and make Dipped S’Mores!

The kids absolutely loved making these fun treats! They are so simple to prepare you’ll definitely want to make them with your kids too! They have all the flavors of everyone’s favorite outdoor treat but you can make them from the comfort of your own kitchen, without the campfire or the mosquitos! Plus they are easy, you’ll be off enjoying your movie in no time!

You need the following ingredients:

1 1/2 C Chocolate Chips
Large Marshmallows
Crushed Graham Crackers
Skewers

To prepare:

Melt chocolate.
Put marshmallows on skewers.
Dip marshmallows into chocolate.
Dip chocolate marshmallow into crushed graham crackers either eat immediately or let set on wax paper.
