Dairy Free is so delicious. I LOVE things like Almond and Coconut Milk – so I knew when I saw So Delicious Dairy Free® Frozen Treats? I had to try them. Now I’m telling you that you have to try them – they are AMAZING TASTING! I had to fight with my kids to get some!
Why Dairy Free? Well – honestly I love them (as if I need more than that but there are more reasons). The reason I like So Delicious Dairy Free®? 1 – there isn’t any high fructose corn syrup in them (LOVE IT) 2 – I love them (needs to be said again) 3 – you can feed them to anyone they are Dairy-Free and Egg-Free, certified Vegan, cholesteral free – do I need to go on? I went to Walmart to get these delicious frozen treats. They had a big selection I had the hardest time choosing! But I did make a choice (FINALLY). I bought Almond Milk Mocha Almond Fudge and Coconut Vanilla Bean. I had to just eat the Almond Milk Mocha Fudge with a spoon, by myself (I hid from my kids), but the Coconut Vanilla Bean I had big plans for. Other flavors? Cashew Salted Caramel Cluster, Cashew Dark Chocolate Truffle, Coconut Milk Almond Bar, Almond Mocha Almond Fudge Bar, and Coconut Milk Chocolate. The Cashew Salted Caramel Cluster is next for me! I can’t wait!
My Big Plans? A Frozen Pumpkin Treat. You’re going to love it. I have to make it again because I barely got any!
Start off with 1.5 Cups of Vanilla Almond Milk (you could certainly use coconut milk as well, but I liked the nutty flavor of the almond). Pour it into a sauce pan and add in 1/2 C pumpkin puree, 1/4 C of brown sugar and 1-2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice.
Heat on medium heat until hot (almost a boil). Stiring to mix in the pumpkin (I broke out the whisk at one point).
While your pumpkin drink is heating up, scoop your amazing So Delicious Dairy Free® Frozen Coconut Vanilla Bean into 2 mugs. This is enough for 2 drinks.
After you get your pumpkin drink heated up, pour over your two mugs equally! Let it sit for about 2 minutes to get all melty and scrumptious! You’re going to thank me. This drink is something my family is going to drink ALL WINTER long! We loved it!

- 1.5 C almond milk
- 1/2 C pumpkin puree
- 1/4 C brown sugar
- 1-2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Pint So Delicious Dairy Free® Frozen Coconut Vanilla Bean
- Place first 4 ingredients in a small sauce pan and heat on stove
- Stir ingredients until smooth
- Let heat until almost boiling
- While drink mix is heating scoop So Delicious Dairy Free® Frozen Coconut Vanilla Bean into 2 mugs
- Pour hot drink mix on top of So Delicious Dairy Free® Frozen Coconut Vanilla Bean and let sit 2-3 minutes before serving
