Hotty Berry Drum Sticks

Hotty Berry Drum Sticks

Chicken Legs in the slow cooker are just perfect.  It’s an easy, quick freezer meal, all you have to do is add some veggies to your plate and you are done.  Plus it’s CHEAP (LOVE THAT).  In looking for a new flavor I turned to my husband – he’s a wing sauce kind of guy – and he came up with Hotty Berry Drum Sticks – and he also came up with the name!

These were a snap to get into the freezer bag – the sauce was simple (but with a lot of flavor) and so it took me all of 5 minutes to go from raw chicken to having Hotty Berry Drum Sticks in the freezer.  That’s certainly my kind of dinner.

As with anything that has a bit of spice to it – you can absolutely control the amount of heat in this dish.  If you want it not as spicy?  Cut back on the hot sauce.  Want it sweeter and spicier?  Add more jelly – keep the hot sauce the same – and so on.  If you have any questions – be sure to let me know!  I love talking food!!!!
