Strawberry Lime Sopapillas are a great twist on the original. These just scream summer treat. And I am in for anything that screams summer! This is a really fun dish and I let my kids dip away (is your family a dipping family? We definitely are – it makes food more fun!)
Strawberry Lime Sopapillas are SUCH a fun dessert. I’ve used them for everything from kid’s play dates, to ladies night’s in, to birthday parties. They are delicious and just a good item to have on your table. You’ll wow everyone that eats these (and I’m not going to lie – I love wowing my friends and family with my kitchen creations!).
To be honest, Strawberry Lime Sopapillas go along with my favorite kind of night. A great night at home with either friends or family, munching, sipping and gabbing. That’s a good time in my book. How about you? Sitting on the back deck with a big old plate of these in the middle of the table? Yes yes please. I could do it everynight! It’s so nice to sit out in the nice weather and have a dessert that tastes like summer should taste!
