Need an easy yet delicious meal that doesn’t take forever to prepare? Try this Beefy Hashbrown Skillet Meal, great for busy weeknight dinner!
Sometimes the best things in life are often the simplest things, wouldn’t you agree? Why should dinner be any different? I feel like as busy as we all are sometimes you just need to make a simple meal that the whole family can sit down and enjoy. Nothing complicated, just honest to goodness delicious food. I’ve found that these are the meals that my family actually thanks me for and says “mom, can you make this again”…those are winning mom moments.
That brings me back to my good old friend Hamburger Helper® , yes that box you’ve seen for years! If you don’t have a couple of these sanity savers in your pantry, you really need to get your shopping list out, write down Hamburger Helper® and next time you are shopping at Walmart put a couple into your shopping cart! There are so many great flavors, part of the fun will be in choosing. If you read my previous post about National Hamburger Month, (which is happening right now), you may recall I gave you a sneak peek of a meal I created using Hamburger Helper® ! It was one of those, “hmmm, what do I have on hand right now?” dinners that turned out awesome. Can’t wait to share it with you.
You won’t believe how yummy this recipe is, and how simple it is to prepare. I’m sure your family will enjoy it as much as mine did. My husband even commented how eating a meal that included Hamburger Helper® reminded him of his childhood. Awwww, how great is that? It was easy, cheesy, satisfying and oh so good. The hashbrowns add in a level of crispness to the dish, I think you’ll enjoy.
