Your Website?   An Italian in my kitchen   http://anitalianinmykitchen.com/

When did you start blogging?  I started blogging in November 2013,but I really didn’t know what I was doing with the setting it up and making it look like something other than “I don’t like the looks of this”.  So I stopped blogging for a few months and I decided to try to find someone to give me a hand and I found a really nice fellow blogger who helped set me up and then I just started posting recipes, learning better photography and than found the “foodie/genesis” theme and here I am.

What’s your favorite thing you have published?  That is really hard to answer, because I loved posting my amazing trip to my hometown, Toronto, although it was really calzone-550-ready-1-of-1difficult taking the photos of the food I made, and then when I returned to Italy I had a great weekend trip with my family, so it will have to be this one  http://anitalianinmykitchen.com/brown-sugar-pinwheels/ because these pinwheels are so delicious and they bring back special memories when my Mom used to make them for us.

Bloggers you love?   Bloggers I love, I really love sweetapolita.com, her name is Rosie and she does mostly cakes, but they are so beautiful to look at and delicious, I made her rainbow cake for my daughter’s birthday one year and it was a big hit. Pinchofyum.com, because they helped me so much with my photography and helping me understand some of the technical stuff. and howsweeteats.com,  she has a mixture of healthy and not too healthy recipes, and her photos are beautiful.

Biggest flop?  Biggest success? Biggest flop  Zucchini stuffed with meat  http://anitalianinmykitchen.com/zucchini-stuffed-with-meat (and strange to say it is one of my favourite things to eat)   Biggest success  Calzone quick and easy  http://anitalianinmykitchen.com/quick-calzone/.

Before we leave Rosemary – go check out this amazing looking Dutch Apple Bread!  YUM!  And again – thanks so much Rosemary – can’t wait to see what you do next! ~ Heather
