When did you start blogging? I started blogging in 2008 almost 6 yrs ago. I remember the first time I saw a blog.  I realized there were people out there who loved doing the same thing I did and I wanted to be a part of it.  I’ve met so many wonderful people along the way, it has been a wonderful experience.  And hopefully I’ll be doing it a long time.

What’s your favorite thing you have published? I think my most favorite thing I’ve made is “Barb’s Apple Dumplings“.  They have always been a family favorite.  When I worked as management in a family style restaurant I would go into the restaurant on my days off in the Fall and make them for our customers.  When they knew the day I was making them, they’d ask …what time will they be done?  Then they’d come in ,have dinner and a warm apple dumpling for dessert.

Bloggers you love?  Bloggers I love…my goodness there are so many and Who Needs A Cape is among them.  I love bloggers who have a passion for what they do, it makes all the difference in the world when you see that a blogger thoroughly enjoys blogging and conveys that to the people who follow them in they’re posts. Here are a few bloggers I love to follow…Moore Or Less Cooking BlogDear Darlings RecipesPlatter Talk A Feast For The EyesThe Cutting Edge Of Ordinary… and the list could go on and on!

Biggest flop?  There are some recipes that don’t make it to my blog because after I make them, they just don’t WOW me.  I won’t post anything that I don’t think is worthy to share with my followers.  Then there are recipe catastrophes that burn in your oven for no good reason!  My biggest failure was a cheese cake I made that did just Bunny warm oven 2that!  The whole bottom was burnt, I have never figured out why.

Biggest success? Lemon Glazed Blueberry Boyfriend Bait.  It wasn’t a difficult cake to make, quite easy as a matter of fact.  It was just that good!  Little effort with a BIG FAT WOW taste!

MMMM yummm!  Thanks again for doing this and guys make sure to go over and check her out – there are some REALLY yummy things on there (like these Peach Fritters)
