Chicken parmesan in meatball form, yup…now I’ve got your attention! Just like the classic Italian dish with all the same flavors, but in a small round version that’s baked not fried so its on the healthier side of dining. These meatballs can be prepared quickly, so you can add them to your weeknight dinner rotation. The kids will love them because they are fun and tasty! You can certainly serve them over some angel hair pasta, but we ate them over additional marinara and were totally happy. Serve up with a nice Arugula Salad or some crusty French bread & you have a dinner that everyone will enjoy!
