So this year marked a monumental birthday for me, I turned 45. Yes, half-way to 90! They say ‘you’re only as old as you feel’ which I truly believe. Overall I have no complaints, I’m healthy, happy and doing the things in life that I enjoy.

  1. These are some great tips I find screens is the worst for keeping me awake or being to busy just before I got to bed as well.

  2. I rarely have trouble falling asleep. It’s staying asleep that is sometimes difficult. I need to try the sleep nighttime powder to help me rest more.

  5. I have to give youtheory a try. There are times when I have a terrible time falling asleep. It’s not all the time, but when it comes, it’s bad.

  6. One of the things that I do to get myself to unwind for bed is that I drink a cup of hot tea and then I sit down in the bed and start working on a knitted project.
