It seems everywhere you look people are going on and on about the benefits of kale. I have also joined the kale bandwagon. When I bought the kale for my Spicy Kale Chorizo Soup I was unsure how many bunches to buy, so I bought two. Then I only used one bunch and I was not about to let this super food go to waste, so I looked to the interweb for ideas. I did not have to look far! Baked Kale chips were at the top of the list. Who doesn’t love chips? Mmmmmm! So I gave them a try. They did not disappoint. Added bonus is they are healthier for you than regular chips, they only take 20 minutes to make, and you can customize them by adding different spices. Beware baked kale chips are as addictive as regular chips!
