When did you start blogging? Fall of 2011

What’s your favorite thing you have published?  I’m kind of obsessed with my latest!  Sweet Potato Casserole Nibble by Nic 2Nibbles.  It’s festive, fun and strategically allows you to enjoy everything else on the TABLE without getting to stuffed from one dish. Plus it eliminates and disputes over who gets the last scoop in a family-style dish.

Bloggers you love? Too many to name!!! Meal Planning Maven, Lemony Thyme, Skinny Kitchen, Sumptuous Spoonfuls, I Wash You Dry, Moore Or Less Cooking Food Blog, A New York Foodie, Rockin’ In The Kitchen With Robin, The Curvy Carrot, All She Cooks, Citronlimette, Family Food & Travel, Sew Creative, Mom’s Test Kitchen, Six Sisters Stuff, Who Needs A Cape (of course!!) There are SO MANY MORE!!! Love my foodie friends!

Biggest flop?  Biggest success? My biggest flop My biggest flop was accidentally serving cilantro (oops) instead of parsley at Passover seder on top of the Matzah Ball Soup! My mother in law hates it and almost spit it out!

My biggest success is just recently searing tuna for the very first time,  Not that it was at all complicated, but for some reason it admittedly always frightened me!! However, mission accomplished with my “Sesame Crusted Seared Tuna!” It’s literally bringing the fanciest of dinners to your own kitchen table.

Thanks so much for participating Nic – we love all of these!  And yum – had to include your Fudgy Dipped Holiday Pretzels – too good to leave out!!! ~Heather
